My service advisor was great

My service advisor Austin always handles my car issues in the most professional manner.

I was on time, promptly met by a service representative who put the necessary information for my service tech (Eddie). Eddie provided objective guidance on required repairs and was able to have them all completed in a short period of time.

Despite making a last minute appointment for an oil change the service was completed pretty quickly.

My service advisor Eddie Diaz, was and is always top notch. My experience was excellent because of Eddie. I came in for an oil change and what I hoped to be a battery replacement as my battery has been failing. I reported weak starts over the course of the last month and a half as well as two dead battery instances requiring a jump start as recent as two days before my visit. I have a claim from my roadside assistance service to prove this. Upon arriving to the dealership, I reported battery issues to the check in clerk and was asked to leave the car running. The car ran for quite some time prior to it being taken back and the battery tested. I know that Eddie accurately captured my concerns and the ultimate decision was on the service manager. The battery is under a 24 months replacement warranty and the same battery issues have historically occured roughly two years ago. This is captured in your system. I'm sure that I will be returning soon with the same complaints to discuss directly with the service manager.
