Five stars for Adam Abdel! He created an amazing car-buying experience for me. I'm located in Savannah, GA, about five hours from Tampa, and I was searching for a specific used car that I found online at the Infiniti dealership in Tampa.On Sunday, I received a call from a gentleman who asked a few questions about my inquiries. He mentioned that my requests seemed reasonable and that a salesman would reach out on Monday. That Monday morning, Adam called, and I knew right away that this would be a great experience. We completed the entire process via text, just as I had requested. He provided a quote for my current vehicle after I sent a few pictures and videos, offering me exactly what I was looking for as a trade-in.Adam presented a quote that I was very pleased with, and we were able to complete the credit application online. At 7 PM on Tuesday (New Year's Eve), I informed him that I wanted to move forward with the deal, and he had everything ready for us to pick up the car the next day by noon. The car was completely detailed, and the finance guy was prepared--we were in and out in less than 90 minutes! Crazy, huh?! It was seriously the best car-buying experience I've ever had--quick and easy.Adam was professional and attentive throughout the process. The dealership itself was modern, clean, and open, with high ceilings. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend Infiniti of Tampa to anyone looking for a luxury experience when purchasing a luxury vehicle!
