Came for service and it was great

Out of all the years that I have been a customer at Infiniti of Tampa my experience with Todd Flournoy was the best! He was very patient with me and he was able to answer every question that I had. Thanks to Todd I am still a proud Infiniti driver!

Stopped in to look at a new QX60. Called ahead and Carlos literally had the one we inquired about washed and detailed and sitting in the front lot waiting for us. After 5 minutes talking to Carlos we fell in love with both the car and the dealership culture. They valued my trade sight unseen and pulled together options very quickly with absolutely no pressure whatsoever. Carlos made the paperwork process incredibly simple. We drove off with our fully detailed QX60 with a full tank of gas and perfectly measured tire pressure in under 2 hours. Lastly, the QX60 has tremendous tech, Carlos set everything up for us and we drove away fully loaded with the app setup to locate and control our new car. I've bought and traded more cars than I can count. This was by far the best experience I've ever had at a dealership. Thank you Carlos and Anthony for being amazing! We are definitely life long customers.
