I scheduled an oil change abd ro diagnose a rubbing sound from rear right tire. Techs found a locked caliper and suggested brake pad replacement. It was time, so I agreed. My experience was overall great. Service rep. was informative and applied discounts where he could to help ease the price shock.The service was excellent and timely. One small thing, which is most likely an oversight, is that when I left the dealership my windshield fluid light came on so I had to stop to take care of that. Again, with the busy schedules it was just a small oversight. I'm only sharing cause some folks will complain about these little things instead of chalking it up as a simple misstep.So far, the quality of work is reflected in how the car feels when driving. Brakes feel secure abd confident wirh no rubbing sound.
