As always, the experience is wonderful.

I arrived early and was greeted by my advisor Austin Suarez. He is always polite, upbeat and professional. He was quickly able to write up my service order and placed my car with my preferred technician. I was well advised of the progress of my service while in the waiting area. The service was completed in a timely fashion and my car was returned to me clean. I look forward to my next service knowing that I will receive great service from Austin.

Jonatas and Andres made the experience pleasurable. I was hesitant to go into a dealership due to the bad rep dealerships have, however did not feel any aggressive sales pitch at all. When messaging other dealers they would have to "speak with a manager and get back to me" (which sometimes took days) and did not take me as serious since I was not inquiring in-person, not knowing I was ready to commit and purchase a car. I started off speaking to the manager Tim who e-mailed me a quote right away, and then transitioned to speak with the sales rep. Their response time was almost immediate and because of that I made the 4 hour drive to purchase a car from them (rather than use their quote to shop around for dealers near me to match). I liked that they were straight to the point, didn't apply high pressure sales, and were honest. I felt comfortable and like it was my decision to make and that they were not pushing to making it for me - which is the most important part in sales.
