What you did right: Diagnosed my problem, found the solution. Using lyft to provide shuttle service. Good contact about status. Thorough multipoint inspection of car overall.What didn't go well: The cost of basic services like engine and cabin air filter change was ridiculously high for a simple swap of filters. It's something I would've happily had done if it was more reasonable, but at that cost I decided to do it myself.

They did a good job on my oil change and tire rotation. The attendant was very polite and helpful. However, I was unable to get my mini detail that I received a promo code for due to the time of day I brought the vehicle in. If I had known there was a time constraint I would have booked my appointment at another time.
