Got an oil change

I had a positive experience considering I spent more money than I was hoping to. I brought my car in because the rear brakes were grinding and I needed an oil change. After the technician inspected the vehicle, I was advised of other issues and what it would cost to fix all of them and then what it would cost to fix some of them. I appreciated getting multiple options and not feeling pressured into doing any of them. In the end, I decided to get what seemed most critical. I was given a loaner vehicle which was a Smith process as well. I will say, maybe it would be nice to have some smaller loaner vehicles, I went from a q60 to a qx60. I got a call early the next morning saying my vehicle was ready for pickup and that was that. It was a very easy, low pressure visit and the guy who helped me was exceptional!

I came in for an oil change and Brent Tatum advised me that my rear brakes needed attention so I replaced my brake too. He kept me updated on the status of my vehicle.

All in all it was a good visit with the exception of having to wait 3 hrs and 10 mins for oil change , simple tire rotation and rear tire replacement that had a nail
