The elevator is regularly broken, leasing office is often closed and they are slow to reply to messages. The units here are fairly old and you can probably get a better value if you live nearby.

The maintenance team is especially helpful! They are timely, efficient, and a delight!

Too many processing fees to sending the rent . That’s bullshit

Staff is amazing, neighbors are great, but the building itself sucks. It’s hot and loud all the time. Our utility bill being shared across the whole building also means our rates are skyrocketing in the winter even though we’ve never turned the heat on (because it’s so hot already).

The person in the office just had us wait in the waiting room while he was just at his computer.

The community managers have been amazing and truly was a wonderful place to live for 2 years

Leasing associate was great, very knowledgeable and helpful, and I got all my questions answered easily.

I enjoy living here but my upstairs neighbors constantly treat their unit like a nightclub which has been going on for over a year. I am waiting for stuff to take place. As much as I want to renew my lease, it’s kind of hard to when I’m kind of going insane because I live under very inconsiderate people.

Leasing agent Charles was very unprofessional and was on his phone the entire time. He did not offer to show me the amenities and when I asked about them he said there’s a gym. The apartment was really nice but the leasing experience made me decide not to lease there.

I’ve loved living here!
