Leasing agent Charles was very unprofessional and was on his phone the entire time. He did not offer to show me the amenities and when I asked about them he said there’s a gym. The apartment was really nice but the leasing experience made me decide not to lease there.

Terrific team of managers . Terrible Wi-Fi . Cant log in at the package door . I have to go outside to log in then come back to the package room door . Frustrating. Need better WiFi in the lobby and the 100 apartment suite

The Leasing associate was very dismissive, did not give us a tour of all the amenities, didn’t even turn the lights on in the unit they were touring. Felt like our tour was an inconvenience in their day.

My car was broken into last month while it was sitting in the garage; I understand that the staff cannot control residents' behavior if they do not watch the door close before they leave, but the door takes 10 seconds to shut. Burglars caused $2700 in damages, and although my car insurance reimbursed me for part of the cost, I am extremely frustrated that the security footage has not been produced yet (as I even gave a very specific time window for the incident). Overall, I understand that staff is short handed and trying their best, but I do not feel safe in my apartment anymore and am very dissatisfied.
