Staff is really nice and helpful. In the past few months, though, I have had trouble getting email questions responded to. Frequently have to write a second email to get a response.

The person who gave me the tour was very friendly, personable, professional. She made a great first impression.

The staff is helpful and nice and prices are reasonable and the building is generally nice and clean, but crime is out of control around cap hill. It's not the building management's fault but it makes it very uncomfortable to live at infinity.

The community is beautiful and walking through it was amazing. I wish the leasing associate knew more information about the buildings/location.

Sign on door stated that the team was out giving tours and door was locked. Waited 30 minutes after scheduled start time before someone let me in.

Property manager was not polite. I asked how old the building was and she said it was built in 2019 but it was incorrect when I checked the website. Did not send me information about the units toured when she told me she did. She only sent the link to the website which I could’ve easily found by googling. Took my driver’s license without explaining what for. Was rude when I called and scheduled my tour.

Nice tour guide, came prepared with a list of all units I could tour which let me pick a couple that interested me.

The leasing agent touring us was incredibly rude. She said she worked there temporarily but constantly lead us to the wrong apartment, couldn't open the porch door, and rushed us through the lobby. She also wouldn't let me fully ask my questions before answering them so she wouldn't give the correct answer. So at the beginning of the tour she said there were no 700 sqft units to show. Which understandable, so we toured 600 sqft ones instead. After touring I wanted to ask "In the 700 sqft units, is the bedroom bigger"But Everytime she heard me say "700 sqft" she just kept saying "there's no units that big to tour". But that wasn't my question... She wouldn't let me finish I tried 3 times before I just gave up. I've never felt so disrespected in my almost 30 years of living in apartments
