Move out was absolutely horrible. I booked the loading dock a day prior and it was usurped by an employee for his own move out, and nothing was done. The final move out on 7/8 was completely jumbled because there was no communication from the main office that they had NO ONE who knew how to do anything in the front office that weekend, thus placing a heavy amount of grief on a temp. I reserved the loading dock AGAIN only to not be able to access it on time.

I don't think I received any communication during the move out process actually. I had to seek out the information on my own. Which is ok, i guess.

Jocelyn was the best girl to show us around. So energetic and real. Give that girl all the things she deserves!

Great common areas and leasing staff (in person tours are important!!) but some really weird apartment layouts in the complex.

At least one of the elevators are always broken which causes a lot of wait times

Throughout my stay, there were multiple issues. People don't pay to get out of lease.1. Elevators were constantly breaking down.2. Parking for electric car. I purposely got a spot near an electric outlet and told the staff that is why i was getting thay spot. The staff took my car charger and never informed me about it. They also locked all the outlets in the parking lot-- this is only an issue at Infinity, all other apartments allow this.3. My name was not added to the door directory for several months stating issues with the system. Despite following up several times, the staff never informed me when it was fixed.4. The office is almost always closed when you need something-- i usually take my phone or laptop with me to wait oustdie the office. There is a sign that says not to bother staff because they are busy.5. In the past 10 months or so, about 75% of my packages were lost (yes, I kept count) including the one in the package room. Staff only shrugs and blames delivery people despite the only building having this issue.6. Finally, I took over lease from 2 white men. The level of service and care they received vs. Me (a brown person) was significant.
