Staff was friendly, premise was clean, guide was informative and helpful.

Things break frequently and it takes exceptionally long for the building to fix them since they don’t outsource everything to third parties. The fireplace has been broken since Dec. Multiple vendors have come to check on it and haven’t fixed it. I had to tell maintenance multiple times.It took forever for the package took to open and one of my things was stolen. The building had said it would open months before it actually did.The elevator has been out of service for 6 weeks.The bathroom in lobby rarely has soap (half the time, soap is out for 3+ days).Still, the amenities that work are awesome and the lobby design is beautiful! Staff was very friendly and responded to emails quickly.

Haven’t received refund yet (just moved out, so may take a bit). Staff and maintenance were excellent! Price changes were too steep though

Overall the building and apartment are nice. Maintenance is so friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and quick to repairs. We had almost no communication about the move-out process and constantly had to email or go down to the office to ask for the next step/for the office to complete their part. Since we moved out we haven't received a refund or heard anything from them. They were not helpful with our move out that required a container due to an across-ocean move. When we asked to use the loading dock to store the container (so it wasn't left on the city street), they stated even though no one had reserved the dock for 3 days they could not allow us to use it. Their reasoning was that many 18-year-olds move in and don't know to ask to reserve the loading dock so therefore it's not fair to let the people who know to ask to use it, even though we were told to ask to reserve the dock or elevator if needed upon move in or out. Overall it was a good apartment for us, but the office staff are rude and could be friendlier. I would never live here again.
