Excellent service, absolutely no complaints. Staff very friendly and helpful. They take time to explain things and during a service, won't put a new part on the car without clearing it with the owner first, so no unexpected extra costs. I even had my car valeted as part of the deal. I wouldn't consider goimg elsewhere. However if you are booking an appointment don't do it on line through the central booking department as sometimes the information does not reach the branch. I turned up for an MOT last year only to find that my branch had not received the booking from their central office and, chatting to another customer yesterday, the same thing had happened to him. Fortunately he had phoned to check on the booking and was able to be fitted in at a later time that day.

As in previous visits, the staff are courteous and easy to deal with. The service is thorough and comprehensive with all additional work advised and costed before completion. A full service, replacement tyres and tracking in under two hours.... Fantastic!

Arrived at approx 09:30 for a service and wheel alignment booked online. The computer system had no record of the booking so they didn’t have the parts. They got on the phone and had them delivered within the hour and had me out in under 3 hours same day.

I would like to take this opportunity to share my experience I recently had at your establishment. In September 2016 I purchased a platinum card from yourselves which entitled me a free service for the following year on my vehicle ( GJ60ZGR).In the months that followed I had a few changes in my life ( I traded in my vehicle for a new model and also moved house) so I called into your Hunts Cross branch in June and explained that my platinum card would expire in September 2017 but my new car (BD64ZPT) did not require an mot or service until November 2017, the member of staff in your branch at that time said that my card would be honored even though it would be out of date ( I now realize that at that time I should have got that arrangement in writing). On the 8th November I booked my vehicle in for a mot and service under the impression that the verbal agreement I had would stand, when I presented my platinum card I was informed that the person who I had spoken to earlier on in the year had not transferred the card across on your system so it was out of date and worthless. The member of staff who dealt with me was extremely helpful and apologized for the false information I had been given on my previous visit and also tried his best to find any discounts that he could incorporate into my bill. I do feel slightly ripped off and upset that I was given false information and I am upset with myself for not getting a written assurance. In all the dealings I (apart from the misinformation visit) have had with yourselves I have always been satisfied with the service that you offer and I will still use your services.
