I reside in building 2 the carpet could use a cleaning and the doors needs to be repaired to lock.

The unit was too far away for my daughter who is in heart failure, but the apartment worked with us and we found a better suited unit for her. They have been good at communicating with me!

Because Jasmine Shepard Kevin Williams & Ashante Johnson is all full of shit first off Ashante Johnson Fucked up my application then did not want to take accountability for her fuck up then Jasmine Bad Built Ass wanted to charge me a pet deposit in August the month my lease is up then gave me a sixty day notice but added the month my lease ended in it really a thirty day notice which by september thirtieth of twenty twenty five a sixty day notice starts after lease as expired I did not have any violation just requested privacy and I feel I retaliated against cause I said I was going to call my housing authority about the issue I’m having about my privacy and rights to the unit that I pay rent for after I received the so call sixty day notice from jasmine and their excuse was because I did not present my dog shot records and because I would not allow their private fire inspectors into my unit that is not legal to inspect that had already occurred in may of twenty twenty five and Kevin Williams he lied on my ledger added payments that I have already paid for like old light bills and stuff he is a fraud and all three of them are they need to be fired and replaced
