The carpet in the hall way of building 4 could be cleaned or replaced

The leasing agent was amazing. Very friendly and professional. I was willing to move in based on personality alone lol. I believe her name was Danielle. Whoever the young lady was that gave the tour Monday 11/10. Simply phenomenal.

I reside in building 2 the carpet could use a cleaning and the doors needs to be repaired to lock.

The unit was too far away for my daughter who is in heart failure, but the apartment worked with us and we found a better suited unit for her. They have been good at communicating with me!

Because Jasmine Shepard Kevin Williams & Ashante Johnson is all full of shit first off Ashante Johnson Fucked up my application then did not want to take accountability for her fuck up then Jasmine Bad Built Ass wanted to charge me a pet deposit in August the month my lease is up then gave me a sixty day notice but added the month my lease ended in it really a thirty day notice which by september thirtieth of twenty twenty five a sixty day notice starts after lease as expired I did not have any violation just requested privacy and I feel I retaliated against cause I said I was going to call my housing authority about the issue I’m having about my privacy and rights to the unit that I pay rent for after I received the so call sixty day notice from jasmine and their excuse was because I did not present my dog shot records and because I would not allow their private fire inspectors into my unit that is not legal to inspect that had already occurred in may of twenty twenty five and Kevin Williams he lied on my ledger added payments that I have already paid for like old light bills and stuff he is a fraud and all three of them are they need to be fired and replaced

Hate to leave, the office staff was great the few hiccups didn’t take away. They did their job the best they could

I gave the rating a 1 star because the tour experience was not even close to good. We were rushed, we passed things that intrigued us and had to ask ourselves instead of being told. We were in one of the clubhouses then we looked through the window at a pool, now you would think that would make someone give you information about it since they see you’re interested. Nope! We didn’t get pool info or even got to go out to it. We didn’t get information about parking. There were so many questions we didn’t get to ask and forgot because of how rushed it was. Terrible touring. We were really considering you guys, and it’s still a nice place, but if that’s how it is on a tour how would it be while we’re living there? I can understand we said 2026 for our moving time, but we said the beginning, and who’s to say we won’t move earlier? We were not treated good for a tour, the best thing was him offering and giving us water.

Great area and good staff. I will say the fob issues and matience issues are a headache. For as much as we pay issues could and should be fixed with much more urgency or at least compensate for all the issues. As part of the price is the amenities and things seem to constantly go out here.
