Nobody really reached out other than to say “ your lease is coming up - just sign and return your extension ...”

For the most part, my wife and I loved our experiences at Inwood Station Apartments! We have even recommended it to many of our friends that are considering moving to Dallas.

The property manager wrote off the move out balance due in the online portal. This is my ONLY avenue to access my account. If I had not asked a staff member, I would not have paid my balance due, and I would most certainly have been assessed late fees, at the very least. This practice is deceptive and unreasonable.

I haven’t had anyone from leasing office to contact me also to mention the refund.

The staff was stellar at communication and speedy response from management when needed. Lindsey, Saleem, Kevin and Luis made my stay memorable. Thank you for making me feel at home away from home.
