Selen has given his best above and beyond to help my application quick and easy before my start date for my new job. This place is very convenient in downtown Dallas.

Achante was an excellent tour guide. You should give her a raise.

I had a great time touring the complex and I believe Saleem did a fantastic job explaining why Inwood Station is a solid place to live in!

The main carpet in the hallway (building #2) look like crap and the smell of marihuana is so strong that it permeates the hallways!!!

Living in building 1 has been a mixed bag. I love my until, location, and maintenance has been amazing. However; building safety and integrity has been less than satisfactory. The building one doors, particularly the ones that face office parking are consistently in need of repair. When they don’t work or remain unlocked, it’s common to see homeless people in the halls. Parking in garage 1 is abysmal. Especially after the fire. I understand things happen but I frequently park in garage 2 because after 9pm there are no spots in garage one, I’m not exaggerating and it happens everyday. Beyond that, I hesitate to park in the garages because of the thief. I know this is beyond anyone’s control but even the recourse to dealing with thief leaves more to be desired. Security is non exinsistant. Overall, Inwood station has lots of potential however it will take thorough revision of important aspects.
