I believe living here is really captivating and peaceful. This management is way phenomenal than it ever been with a great and welcoming staffing members 😊

There is a serious lack of management in this community. Pest control is not being handled—there are roaches in the kitchen, living areas, and rooms. The apartment itself is in poor condition, with peeling paint on cabinets, sinks, and toilet fixtures.There are also safety concerns. My car was vandalized (tires STOLEN! ) and then YOU !!! GUYS!!! towed without my consent and had to PAY !!!. Kids are frequently playing in parking areas instead of designated spaces, which has led to damage to my vehicle, and there has been no communication or enforcement from the office about this.Overall, the lack of maintenance, security, and communication needs to be addressed immediately. I would NEVER recommend someone to live here.

Is calm and quiet by the security is bad no cameras and in less than 1 month my car was broken in 2 times and steal my radio and broke window

The committee is nice the receptionists were very nice and affordable

LaKendra was very polite and funny and upfront about everything we asked. She assured us that we'd coming home if we applied. She showed the property very well and we felt good about applying.

upon first entering the leasing office, the music is extremely loud and it was hard to know who to speak to. Once I finally got a tour I noticed that the kids getting off the school bus are extremely loud and inconsiderate of other people’s belongings, especially the cars. There is trash laying around and you can tell bugs will be an issue. The current residents do not seem very friendly or happy to be there.
