LaKendra was very polite and funny and upfront about everything we asked. She assured us that we'd coming home if we applied. She showed the property very well and we felt good about applying.

upon first entering the leasing office, the music is extremely loud and it was hard to know who to speak to. Once I finally got a tour I noticed that the kids getting off the school bus are extremely loud and inconsiderate of other people’s belongings, especially the cars. There is trash laying around and you can tell bugs will be an issue. The current residents do not seem very friendly or happy to be there.

There’s a lot of good things about this apartment complex, but yet it always always has the bad as well. Sometimes the bad is worse than the good. But there’s always the days that turn out to be pretty good. The new management people have done a pretty good job so far the last people were pretty let’s say not that great. The manager, she seems to be very knowledgeable of her job and willing to listen to you and help you in anyway she can the best thing about the new management is that got the pool open this year still waiting on the workout room and the laundromat to be open. The grounds are looking better but not great. The parking situation sucks. The reason why I say that is because you have people that have been here a while. Used to parking in the same spot and then they have new tenants come in from somebody that moved out and then automatically they want to take parking that you’ve had for years I personally like the assigned parking because everybody knew where they were now it’s the first come first serve not very good that was used to having the same parking spot every day that is one thing I don’t agree with I do like they’re getting the gates ready so it’ll keep out the riffraff every only thing I’m worried about is if the police people can get here fast enough with these gates the trash issue has been a problem since day one at least they moved dumpsters on the end of every area now so it does make it a lot easier to put your trash in, but there’s always the people that want to throw it on the ground or throw away their old furniture, bad mattresses, and bullshit like that that always caused a problem with the dumpsters also there’s only one pet area that dogs can actually run free they see if they could get a different area so dogs can run around and have fun without having to be on the leash. The maintenance man now are real good. They seem to get work orders done in a fast pace. Very friendly and nice people how many questions I have with the new people is I’ve never got a. Book about the rules that has to be followed by everybody on this complex. The other property owners gave us a book about everything this place always sends emails. Gave us a book of the rules and what the consequences would be. Now we get emails threatening to. Make you pay fines because you have your trash on your porch, but sometimes I don’t understand why that they trash is on the porch usually it’s because the dumpsters are full and you can’t put it in when you wanted to put it in also there’s no respect for the neighbors if you lived downstairs and somebody lives above you and the other lease agreement responsible for making sure that respected the people below you. , but like I said, the new management just came in within the last year and they have done a pretty good job, but there’s always things that as a tenant that you always disagree with but I do 100% believe that you should respect your other tenants and their privacy and I do believe that we should all have our own parking spot designated that way, there’s no excuses and nobody wanting to argue or get into a fight about parking spots when the other managers were here you had assigned parking spots if your car was not in it and somebody else was in it that would be towed and you could actually call the towing company and they would come and pick up that car we had stickers on our windshield which showed what parking spot where we’re supposed to be in that was a good thing I don’t remember any problems when everybody was going by that rules. And everybody in the apartment complex knew that you didn’t park in them spots you went and visiting parking spot and then you did the online thing to make sure your car isn’t getting towed. What do you still have that here now it’s just there’s no. Assigned parking. I have nothing against the manager here, but some of the people that have been working in the office. Are not very good. They seem to be rude.and not very professional the manager like I said before she is very knowledgeable of her job very friendly. Will take time of her day to talk to you about anything when you go to one of the assistance at the front desk. They just look at you kind of roll your eyes at you kind of slap something down on something and nothing gets done.
