I don't understand how rent is continually rising when our economy prices have skyrocketed but our wages remains the same. We are suppose to be able to afford our rent but the policies are only causing people to move out. Since moving in the up keep of the houses have dropped significantly.

I rate their service 5 stars for their fast service on my broken refrigerator. I thought it was going to take atleast a week or two after I turned in my work order, they were fast in replying and service. Thank you Ironwood Management and team workers.

It would be nice if they cut my grass. Been 3months now

Maintenance is slow, if you can have the be more quick in response and also to schedule repairs.

We love Ironwood Management & staff because they are very helpful and supportive. They always willing to help their clients and show concern about Ironwood’s neighborhood or community. Very good!

I rated 4 stars due to the maintenance not being able to fix an issue right away literally had to wait months and even at that everything wasn’t fixed 😬and I moved here in May. Another thing is the security of ironwood would be a lot better if the gate to enter was fixed so that way it’ll keep out stray dogs. Other then that we love it here !

Not happy with the maintenance company hired by Ironwood (AMI) -response time -incomplete maintenance/do not return -no follow ups -unable to contact company -lack of staff -poor landscaping -various
