Our requests with regards to the upkeep of the facility is generally addressed. The management is patient with us and our clients.

We appreciate the quick response, when we have issues in our unit.The only concern we have is the parking. Some cars have been parked for months, might be due to mechanical issues that hold parking spaces. And sometimes on weekends the parking get full, due to tenants having guest over. Please do something regarding the parking for us tenants.

You guys are doing an awesome job. We do need to repaint are parking lot numbers if not put a sign nail to parking block instead of the paint keep fading....

Would appreciate if the water heater can be installed asap. Due to showering in cold water is overwhelming etc., thank you. Keeping the stairs clean at all times. For inspections for all units tenants should be treated equally no matter how they take care of their units keeping it clean and so on even though they don't have furnitures how would they know to learn to maintain keeping it clean. Same tenants being randomly inspected its not fair!

Management/maintenance are very helpful. I wish that rent didn’t go up so often, pretty soon, I won’t be able to afford to live here!
