Ironwood is a good place to stay, employees here are much helpful.

Good communication & motivation

The raise in the cost of rent twice since we moved in has been hard on my family. The tiles aren’t the best. We like staying at Ironwood a lot otherwise.

However, trying to get anything repaired by maintenance after requesting for repairs online may need improvement in communications from their part and the time they can schedule the repairs.

Great neighborhoods, hig help from the management team, especially Marissa. Thank you for helping and keeping us updated.

Very good for us

so I just got my power bill for one month and it’s too high and I don’t know why it’s too high I don’t see our meter when it started. And I thought that we are using solar our power usage will not go that high . We don’t really use that much of power and we hardly home so I just want to know how and why it’s like this .
