Maintenance crew works hard and does an amazing job! Really value their professionalism and hard work.

Yes, before when they have maintenance very easy to us to report our issues and they come on time, but now we keep reporting very long time to come and fix our issue, or sometimes they didn’t come and we don’t hear anything from them, I have two issue that i’ve been reporting they didn’t come until now and they don’t even reply. I’m too tired to following up because their boss giving me attitude on the phone.
