First n foremost, I’d like to thank God for the treatment that Ironwood Estates staff n management have been providing for me and my small family. My family n I moved into Guam Ironwood Estates since 2018 and all we experienced is peaceful n healthy neighborhood, very friendly, polite, a very helpful and caring staff. They’re a professionals. They listen and always willing to help the Ironwood community. We love them and May God bless them and their families.

First of all me and my family feels so safe and comfortable at our own home. Our neighbors are so nice and especially the workers at the center helps us so much for watching our kids during our work hours. I wanted to appreciate all of them so much.Miss Crystal, Miss Tori and Miss Ian thank you all for your hard work for our kids.

Last time i visit the office was OK, the assistance i experience was awesome so as of today my rating remian awesome to the IRonwood staff.Thank You..

We need to really watch out for each other here ,Neighbors,I do my part ,and it's really a peaceful and quiet neighborhood for me I'm in the 3000 building ,we get along just fine.But some unexpected visitors still get the chance to park in places that there not supposed to and then tenants would leave comments and share on the chat ,literally embarrassing. BUT MOSTLY ITS ALL GOOD.I do not plan to move anytime soon.I love my apt.God bless and I pray we all get along and continue to help when help is needed as far as looking out for each other and safety first.Thank you Ironwood heights tamuning for having me live here.And maintenance workers are excellent at what they do.And especially my Landolord .(Mrs. Melissa .Thank you and have a blessed day.

No pets allowed needs to be pushed ! The dogs that bark and chase the kids are not safe . If thats the case ; i will get a pitbull so no one can come to my yard since my kids are restricted to the loop and our deiveway . Still dogs bark and chase them up my driveway

I loved living here. What I liked most about the Ironwood Units is that it’s so spacious, more windows to look outside and when there’s an issue the Ironwood Staff really looks into it and find solutions to resolve it. Same goes for the Ironwood Community. I already miss living here. One of these days I’ll be back and hopefully I’ll still qualify like the first time ☺️

The bathroom sometimes smells like septic tank
