There are some inconsistencies within the management of maintenance services which could be improved. Additionally, communication within the community has increased a bit which aids in uniting tenants as a whole and working to help each other. Love the after school program and other activities/events offered to the community and kids.

They always keep the neighborhood clean. I really like that they recently put the speed bump in front of our house, so that now every driver has to slow down and it's safe for all of us.

The staff (Dededo/Estates Area) and in particular, Ms. Crystal, has been amazing these past few months. She's VERY communicative and active in the community's progress. She deserves a promotion! There's been noticeable improvement with the maintenance employees that manage the yard(s) as well. I appreciate the efforts to install speedbumps around the neighborhood. I can see a very real decrease with the drivers that tend to be reckless at times. I also appreciate the contributions made by the staff with the community center here at Estates area. The after-school program and the upcoming summer programs! These kinds of things are really helpful for me and my family. My son enjoys the time spent there and I like how he's getting to know his neighbors! I have a recommendation regarding the RentCafe website when it comes to the maintenance process. I understand fully that there may be a long running list of issues to tend to, however, I believe if there were a response of some kind made on that website about the status of the reported issue, then it would help keep the residents' confidence with the overall process. In example, I've personally made a few reports using the website (months ago) and I've also followed up using that same site. It's still on there and it appears to be left unattended. Now of course I believe there's some sort of 'rack and stack' depending on priority, availability of parts, etc. Therein lies my point though - is there? I do not know. There's no movement or communication of any kind regarding the progress. On multiple occasions I've resorted to doing to maintenance work myself. Caulking throughout entire home, faucet leaks, exterior lighting, roof cleaning, tile replacement (some were popping up). I'd like to be clear about something, I know full and well that the maintenance staff is very busy. I go on runs around the neighborhood (when the dogs aren't on full alert) and just one look at some of the houses around can tell me clearly that maintenance has its hands full. I simply believe notifications of some sort regarding the status of the reported issues would go a long way. Speaking of when I go on my runs in the neighborhood, I have noticed there's been an increase of 'downed'' disabled vehicles parked around the area. I'm talking about been in its spot for weeks and some even for months! How do I know? There are obvious signs it doesn't move when you can see grass and trash collected around and under those cars. Or when the rims are touching the road. Windows broken and missing. Or even those cinder blocks placed beneath the vehicle. I joke about seeing "IMO" spray painted on those cars the same way the village mayors have people do - Ironwood Mayors' Office. Please don't allow my joke to become true. I appreciate all the work the staff does for the community. I think it's even better that most, if not all, of the staff are residents of the area as well. That tends to have them operate on a more personal level when it comes to taking care of the area and bringing about improvement. Thank you for taking the time to read this. God Bless you and your loved ones!
