Everything's great so far I really appreciate you allowing us into your community and to rent a home from you and have a safe and nice home to stay in. So far so good no complaints

Easy and quick renewal process

I have been very satisfied with j&p unlimited. Any issue has been promptly handled.

Deborah & Joanna are always very helpful. Great assets to your company! My wish would be that someone from the company check on the property more often, particularly after storms and/or high winds, there is always a lot of tree debris that the mowers (nor anyone else) do not move or clean up, they just go around it. Seems that it's left up to the tenants to clean up. The city will not pick up if it's just piled on the curbside of property, it must be bagged in paper lawn waste bags, no plastic (unless its large limbs from a major hurricane, even then, the tenants have to clean it up which very few do). Also, whoever periodically blows our the breezeways, they just blow to the end of the walkway, leaving it there, so it blows right back in. Would also be nice if the rotten fencing that was removed from around the dumpster would be replaced.

So far it seems like a quiet and friendly place. Have met a few neighbors so far. Glad to see some of the new improvements being made in the parking lots. Have noticed a couple of cars parked around here with expired license plates. But so far all is good.

All in all me and my fiancé have been very happy here. It's quiet in our building, and the people are nice. Certain communications could be better. Some upgrades are happening but many more are needed.

We rented for 6 years and never had an issue. Any time we had a request they responded quickly.
