I love living at 803 6th ave s here in surfside! My neighbors are great and it a really good location. I was however disappointed in my rent going up after just being here for only a year. Ive lived on the grandstrand for all of my life and I still cant believe how much rent has gone up. It's been hard for us locals and its caused more homelessness up and down the grand strand. Hopefully rent will start going back down soon. Thank you for letting me express my opinion.

Wish they rent would stop increasing, started at 900 and now it’s 1025 with no utilities included for a 1 bedroom. Luckily the area is very nice and the maintenance is easy and quick if needed. The tenant portal is very user friendly and nice to use.

Good experience all in all

The apartments are large which is really nice. And when there is an issue with the apartment, maintenance comes out relatively quickly. Maintenance and management are quick to respond and always friendly.

What a truly great experience! My special needs daughter and I were blessed to have had the help of J & P Unlimited. We were having trouble just getting a phone call back. Joanna stepped in and was right on it. She found us a house and helped with the application process. Thank you thank you thank you!!
