I have really enjoyed my time at the apartment I am currently in. Responses have been prompt to any issues. Rent is fair. Sometimes parking is a concern/issue but not much can be done about that. If I wasn’t currently getting ready to buy a house I would be completely happy to stay where I am.

There are 3 large exterior rugs - one on the front deck & two on the rear deck that never dry out & will eventually affect the wooden decks. They are too heavy to throw over the railings to dry out so, unfortunately, never get dry. I just keep moving them around but really wish them off the decks. At this point they are serving no purpose - just ruining the decks. It certainly isn't any kind of emergency but if someone is in the area one day, I would love to see them removed. Thanks! It's been a quiet place to live. , besides sirens from 17's. Any residents I have met or seen outside are pleasant & friendly.
