Tonight we hosted a prospective new couple. They were very impressed with the dining experience. They both had the filet and it was done to their liking: They enjoyed the salad, vegetables and desserts. Daniel as our waiter, was superb. He was there when we needed him, but was discretely in the background when we didn't. He spoke to prospects clearly to answer their questions about menu items. His service was flawless in every way. They were totally impressed with the service. Tomorrow night they are goin to Glen Ridge for dinner. Daniel set the bar very high, so it will be interesting to see what they might say as a comparison.
