Suzane made an extra effort, including a special desert, to accommodate our teenaged grandson who has an allergy to all dairy products.

Our A/C was not working properly, called concieige. Michael answered promptly and was courtefous. He directed the concern to maintance and spook to Tracy. Thank you Michael!

Confused Servers! Served coffee cold!! Chicken very tough. Never brought arnold palmers which we ordered.

Service was rushed, unorganized, frenzied. No particular server assigned - lots of people mulling around. No one asked how we wanted our prime rib- just gave very rare to all. Food selection was poor, poor quality of meat. Scalloped potatoes were flavorless. Barley salad was bitter and flavorless. The quality of the prime rib was very poor. too tough to cut. Not marbled like good prime rib should be. Dessert wwas good. Will not attend holiday meal next year. :(
