Beef gravy cold. Lights too high! when will bring them down???

Dinner was excellent except...Jason is an excellent server, but for some reason our appetizer order didn't get delivered. The runners arrived with our entrees , but we had not received our soups and salads. They took the food back and quickly brought the soups and salads. Jason graciously apologized for the slip up. After that the entrées arrived in a timely fashion. In a year and half, this has never happened before! The other issue was with the creme brulee. It was with not done when it arrived. John H. was passing by and the other person at our table told him. He wanted to replace it but they said no.

Server was Brittany service ok. Soup of week came cold. Dinner of salmon, sweet potato and cauliflower arrived ALL COLD not even warm. fruit w/o watermelon was very good.

Seated at 455 at 530 still no salad/soup. Ozcan resolved when dinner arrived mine . I would not accept 2 dr super less. no where in d room waited for over 10 min to get attention of supervisor. Brian replaced dinner which I replaced sweet potato and Filet M with crispy fish and chips with tartar. Fish was very greasy had to remove crispy and came without tartar. At 620 still no dessert. told Christine she said dessert was just ordered and should be out soon. Fruit was 1/3 watermelon w/seeds and white rime. Creme brulee was as thin as soup of the week-Terrible. Told Christineshe said others told her. Shouldn't we not serve when problem is aware of?
