Salisbury steak is to spicy. I loved the vegetables, tooo cold!

3 steaks, I sent back- 2 overcooked orders mixed up, chicken tough. please red jello. Time for green to go!! Jason an excellent server!!

Kevin The AC company was called in and was disappointing and unprofessional but Kevin did all that he could to make up for plumber and AC performance

I feel sad that I did not recognize the importance of these comment cards over our first months living here and neglected to express our appreciation for the kindness and consistent support from Jack. I have been told by JT residence that Jack expressed his frustration and disappointment, he was dealing with JT management and administration. This resident explained that Jack shared his feelings to the wrong people. My hope is that JT administration and management "heard" Jack and responded fairly!!! We have lost a man with many talents who always wanted to help. Joe and I truly appreciated Jack's efforts.

Sheri does a great job in leading exercise classes and pool exercise.

Sean continues to provide almost instant and excellent service! I am so grateful for his help in solving my tech, tv, and cell issues.
