The worst quantly, very much a mess getting in for the next seeting. First seeting didn't leave. A real mess. I hope the next one will keep to reservation. This was a real mess. A lot of complaints. New residents had know idea what was happening! :( I had a reservaton for a party of 8, did not happen. We had new residents. No manage here :( Art and Leasure can not handle this in the future. the dinning staff was outstanding!

We were the last two seated in the dining room. Our salad came quickly, and the entree soon after. Dessert came at 6:50. When eveyone started eating, calm resided. Daniel was exceptional, Ester was a love and served coffee once our plates were cleaned. Kristina was very attentive. The kitchen and wait staff pulled through with a very difficult situation. There was no administration helping Ozcan and his staff. Melanies, arts and leisure, and 2nd floor admin was locked up solid and no help to be found at 5:45 when the first group exited and the 2nd group entered like a load of cattle. Kudos to the kitchen and staff!!

Our server is wonderful. Always goes out of the way to make our dining the best.

The pork roast that was served for dinner in assisted living tonight was inedible. It was very difficult to cut and then was to tough no one could chew it! In addition, the cheesy grits were especially dry and couldn't even ber saved with butter. Overall not a good showing!

Poor selection/prep. cold and tough

Somebody needs to better handle way we are. Impossible to stay with your friends even though we all came together as "instructed." and we don't like being treated "like cattle" Badly handled/managed??Ultimately, nice meal Suzanne very good, but badly handled with seating and unable to sit with friends. Fabulous dessert!!

A bit chaotic at outset, but once everyone got settled down the entire meal was wonderful Dessert was spectacular!

The staff was excellent . The residents not so good. :(John is the very best ******Please have buffet next time and 2 seatings 4:00 + 5:30.This mob seating was not a good idea.
