Several weeks ago I wrote how impressed we were that Daniel remembered our drinks and had them waiting... DITTO! He did it agian tonight.

The luncheon showed 42 people signed up, but there was easily 100+ people at the luncheon, consequently the food quickly ran out and the kitchen had to scramble to provide more food. also the plan originally was to have tables move to the buffet line as indicated by culinary, but people just decided not to wait and chaos resulted. We recognized several people at the luncheon who had not signed up. There has to be a better way to control attendance. Maybe tickets should be required and only available when you sign up through A&L or culinary. "No Ticket no lunch, no exceptions." It was a great way to celebrate our Veterans, especially presenting and pinning each individual by name, but it fell apart at the lunch thru lack of control. Richard Albright

The program and luncheon were excellent.

We found the personnel at our visit to be very personable and knowledgeable. The resident host that was seated at our table (Kit) was upbeat, knowledgeable and definitely happy to be a resident there.

We loved the trout and parsnip

Reported the toilet would not flush at 7pm Fri nite. Concierge instrucked me to take the toilet task lid off and press a button to fill the tank with water. each time the toilet was used. which was frequently overnite. On Sat, I asked the concierge desk to send maintenance if someone came in. Jack arrived at 9am and all done by 915. The question remains why I had to stay up all nite Fri when the repair only took 15 min. My deep thanks to jack for a job well done.
