Our thermostat locked out at 8:00pm I called Concierge at 8:05 They had to call the on call maintenance man and said they would call back about 5 minutes later. They called back to say maintenance would be in shortly. About 10 minutes later Tracey was at our door to see what the problem was. He asked a few questions looked at the thermometer and resolved the problem quickly, efficiently, and with no mess. Tracy is always pleasant and friendly. He is always professional and a great asset to our maintenance team.
