Carlens is slow and asks the same questions several times to get the order complete.

For our vlla party the committee ordered a selection of sandwiches and all we got were cucumber. I think we need a refund, everything else was fine.

Our food was served cold. the ceasar salad wasn't a ceasar as it hadall kinds of different greens. After the meal is served never see waitress. If meal served is correct. then when something is wrong with order can never find anone around. Hard to get their attention as they are either on their phone or talking with other. Help.
