Eggplant was excellent! Banana choc chip excellent!

Kudos to the chefs , the water cress salad and mediterranean baked cod were excellent. The cod was nicely done and moist in a light sauce. We normally don't get dessert but decided to share a slice of chocolate chip honey cake on Suzanne's recomendation. As usual she was spot on! It was delicious. A perfect ending to the meal.As usual Suzanne did and excellent job of taking the order, making certain that the runners delivered to the right places and making sure everyone enjoyed their meals. Thanks again to the Culinary Dept. for a job well done. Richard Allbright
