Yesterday as I was leaving the Barclay bldg, an ambulance arrived. carol immediately got up from the reception desk and pushed the elevator button. Then Carol motioned to the ambulance people bringing a stretcher to come forward to the elevator which she had open and waiting for them. Then she told them the floor and apartment # that had called for an ambulance. this certainly saved time.

I pay for balcony why is it not swept clean after rain. Saw 2 L Spiders = Wel + hate cling behind on wall by sofa across from elevator - Hskp? No Spray & Kill - brushed them away??
