JACK REPLACED EXHAUST FAN COVER IN GUEST BATHROOM.MARK REPLACED REFRIGERATOR WATER FILTER, TAPED DAMAGED FLOORING AND WITH TRACY CLEANED AND REPLACED BATHROOM FAUCETS AERATORS.

JACK CAME AND FIXED THE TOILET QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY. THEN GOING BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY, NOTICED THE DOOR HANDLE WAS LOOSE AND PROCEEDED TO REPAIR IT AS WELL. THIS IS AN EXCELLENT EXAMPLE OF THE PROFICIENCY AND PROFESSIONALISM OF OUR MAINTENANCE TEAM. MARK, TRACY AND JACK ALL DESERVE ACCOLADES!

Reservation at 5:15-now 7:00 and dessert yet. Tried for 20 min to get a hold of Kristina for 20 min. to get her attention. She was on other side of room. Finally went over to her. Table hadn't been cleaned. Coffee was cold. There were a few half n halfs at bottom of container that were sour. There needs to be more than 1 server cleaning a large table instead of other servers. How can you be out of Vanilla Ice cream, slated caramel ice cream, and bourbon icecream. D Reineke

We didnt enjoy the fruit salad heavely herbed it with fet cheese, plain fruit cant be improved upon.
