JOE,TRACY AND MARK RESPONDED QUICKLY AND TROUBLESHOT THAT OUR DRYER NEEDED REPAIR. THEY TRADED OUT OUR DRYER WITH AN OPERABLE ONE AND SAID OURS WOULD BE REPAIRED AND BROUGHT BACK.BOTH WERE PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS AND BOTH DESERVE RECONITION FOR THEIR SERVICE.
