Wow! Amazed you do it all so well!

We held a birthday party for 10 people in the wine room. We had worked with John and Ozcan to arrange it and use the bar after dinner. We provided the cake, but everything else was from the culinary department. The room was set up and decorated perfectly. Daniel , the sever was excellent as always. Everbody received what they ordered in the proper sequence ( drinks, salad, clear plates, entree, coffee and desert. } with no confusion. Several people had the shrimp and blackened salmon. it was more spicery than the usual , but everybody liked it and enjoyed the extra heat. Our compliments to Chef Robbie for the New Orleans tasting experience! It was spot on, we had ample time to enjoy cake, ice cream,coffee and conversation before we adjourned to the bar , where Nick was ready to serve cocktails as requested. R. Albright

Great service, John makes great omelets and pancakes.

Al is a terrific server, talks too much, slow, not accurate with information, makes a lot of excuses for his inability to get things right. Tonight we specifically asked if the turkey dinner came with mashed potatoes - without checking he assured us they did. The dinner was served without mashed potatoes , so we had to ask for them. They were brought out, but we were told the dinner did not come with mashed potatoes by Christine, and the server was supposed to have told us. He seems to be running between 3 tables and getting nothing done. Ozcan is running around trying to take care of everyone. Perhaps he would do better as a server in the grill.
