Mgmt needs to come into the residents area more. The families need to be introduced to the new staff and updated on what they do so our concerns can go to the right person. Please treat the CNAs with respect. they do with hard & give the residents the best care they can. The CNAs that are present are very sweet & loving to the residents & families. I thought you were going to hire more CNAs & change the schedules. If & when you do, please introduce them to the families that are there. Would be nice to know who is on what section, i.e., what CNA is on section 6 or 5 so the family knows who to go to for any issues with the resident. Somehow the facility has lost my loved ones glasses a couple of times and still don't have them. his anniversary ring which was found in the shower room and supposedly placed in the nurses station but not found. My loved one has lost his hearing aids 3 times. The last time one has been lost and not found and the other my loved one chewed on the end of the aid and I took it home. No one has tried to find the missing item except right when they go missing.Those staff I know are caring and help the families and residents if they can.

Sabrina has been very responsive to my concerns and my wife appears to be happy, content and well cared for.

There has been a lot of staff turnover since January. It does make it a little difficult to feel as comfortable as I would like.

Just hoping management improves

The day time care is good. The nights not as good.

From a few instances lately, I am concerned about the stability of the company management. However, my aunt, Paula Jones seems to be well taken care of and also seems relatively content. Thank you, Rebecca J. Young
