You need to work on better shade in waiting area, with the sun coming up u can barely see the TV at timesBecause im sure if you guys topped off my fluids cause my coolant level is n was still low .I thought when u bring in for service u check the tires and top off the fluids

Please don't change the Eclipse Cross I will be back in 5 years God willing for another new one.This was my second purchase with Jacob's Mitsubishi this time I had Hailey who was wonderful I absolutely love my new Eclipse Cross.

Every service I have had for my Outlander has been a breeze at this dealership. Everyone is wonderful.Everyone from the front desk to the technicians is amazing. very professional and knowledgeable, specially the young lady who attends the service desk. She is always so kind and willing to help.

Entire experience was outstanding.

The service advisor, Jaclyn Libengood, was friendly and extremely helpful.. Everything at Jacobs Mitsubishi went well. I appreciate the complimentary car wash too.
