Apparently, your sales personnel are not very hungry. When I purchased the Mitsubishi, I left a dealer down the street because they showed no interest in an old guy, probably thinking he was retired and had nothing to do but walk around, visit car dealerships, and kick tires, not to buy. When I drove into Jacobs, I was met by an eager salesperson. I ended up purchasing a vehicle that day. To my amazement, not one salesperson approached. I sat in the waiting room, reading. I was looking at purchasing another vehicle. You had your chance, and I will move along.Friendly folks in the service area that handles the work orders. One employee, Nigel, went out of way to keep me posted on the work being done on my vehicle

Appointments take very long, this should be mentioned when bookingApparently water is only offered if you’re purchasing a vehicle, not if you’re there for serviceMy oil change took very long, this wasn’t mentioned upon check inI had a new advisor this time and he seemed like he didn’t know what he was doing. Very disappointedThis appointment took very longI was told I needed new brakes but an accurate estimate was not providedI waited over 10 minutes for anyone in the building to acknowledge me.

Service experience was very good.

Nigel is exceptional. He was helpful and accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met and willing to work with me on certain difficulties on taking care of the service for my car. Friendly attitude and a pleasure to work with through-and-through.

Very friendly and welcoming environment. Pleasant staff.

Because everyone has been kind and courteous, and they’ve taken care of my car and if it’s something was under warranty, they took care of it right away.
