Jaclyn was amazing! She worked with my warranty company to discuss what items were covered and discussed my options with me. I never felt pressured to complete any items that I didn't want and she had such a warm and polite disposition and was very professional. Some services were able to be completed the same day and others I had to return to have completed due to parts being ordered. I had the pleasure of having Jacklyn as my service advisor both times. Other dealership experiences I've had returned my car vacuumed and washed.A porter should vacuum and wash cars after service. That would be that 5 star touch.Friendly staff and a no pressure experience.
