Great service

Tire pressure was never corrected and low tire light continues to come on.Requested work was not completed satisfactory.Checking tire pressure after rotation was not done satisfactory. After 25 miles low pressure light is back on.

Please refer to my first statement in the beginning of survey.First we were greeted by Jacklyn Libengood, she was very pleasant, she greeted us with a smile and took care of us right away. She kept us informed. Also receiving an email from the tech letting us know exactly what was going on, what he did and when he was finished.
