Friendly and efficient customer service, reliable and reasonable wait times, and employees took the time to go over the work done and asked if there were any questions. I use a cane because of arthritis and wastreated with compassion: I was escorted to the waiting room, given water, and after text updates the customer rep. came out and took me back to pay the bill.You have a clean, comfortable facility, great people, and mechanics who care......That is why I will be back to buy my next Mitsubishi Outlander, Sport Edition at Jacobs.Scott G. N/AMy 5-day-old 2025 Mitsubishi Outlander SEL was delivered with several issues. There was glue residue on one of the windows from the specification's sticker, the right rear light required replacement due to a scratch, and the steering wheel was misaligned. We returned the vehicle for correction, but the steering wheel still isn’t aligned or centered properly.I had an exceptional experience at Jacobs Mitsubishi, thanks to Cassio and Bryan.
