It was a normal check in process nothing that anybody did that was extra. Good people I guess.I honestly believe it should come with some type of detailing after your service or waiting for long periods of time. Not that half done car wash! Like they just threw water on top of the vehicle. My opinion should come with interior and exterior detailing and a shiny new look leaving the dealer shipMaybe some coffee creamer, more snacks available for long waits.

I told them my address changed, your computer system is terrible, it does change addresses when customer moves .. FrustratingI drove an hour and half, could have went to Ocala dealer, chose Jenkins, I was disappointedNew car customers treated this poorly will never buy here again and tell as all their friends and family how one gets treated at your dealership. If Ocala dealer treats me this bad, will be buy my next car in Crystal River Nissan, unless it's owned by the same people as here.The young mechanic was great, but he was told to smile and buffer my anger and disappointmentDon't schedule appointments if you're going to screw people alongMechanic was excellent. You are over staffed in front area, sales are all preoccupied on phones and computers. Saturday afternoon is the worst at your dealership.$5.00 off, big dealService person flirted with another customer for 20 minutes, then told me I would have to wait an additional hour
