Again this is my 4th visit for the same issueFirst time the “fix” did not work. Now I am told parts are not available. And system was down for programming FOBCar was dropped off at 8am I came to pick up at 4:30 and still waited u til 5:30Waiting on part I was told I would’ve called on 4/9 with update it is now 4/13 with still no updateThis will be my 4th visit for the same issue.

They have no were to seat outside to enjoy the weather the told me I would have to go across the parking area about a block to seat at a park and am disabledHad to ask about how the service was going I got a text about it he had not here anything… how strange also I ordered a hood emblem to install my self it’s supposed to be at the dealer ship in two days I have not heard anything it’s been a week not sure if he really ordered the part

Every time I’ve gotten my vehicle serviced here has been great! Philip is always excellent; he’s attentive and keeps me updated.Manny who originally helped us purchase our vehicle always greets me if he’s in that day. Everyone is friendly. The music that’s playing while I wait is on fire!🔥💃🏻 And last time I had vehicle serviced I think someone washed it for me because the car was clean and it was not raining that day 👀So thank you for all your hard work and attention, it does not go unnoticed! ♥️
