Jacobs Mitsubishi is a great dealership. I've purchased two cars from them now and my experience each time has been very positive. Our service appointments have all been very positive as well.Richie, our Service Advisor, was fantastic. My Daughter's car needed significant repair on the right front wheel after she curbed it, and Richie set up the wheel repair on my tire and wheel warranty plan and had the work done at the service appointment. Very grateful for that.
