Maria was wonderful

The office staff have been nothing but awful. The lack of empathy during certain situations is founding and their emergency maintenance line is useless. The dog park is constantly filled with feces. The parking garage gates were always broken.

Definitely felt like home and felt very welcoming. The cleanliness was top tier and smelled really good which was a plus to me!

Tour was a little rushed

I have signed 3 leases in Jada. I have enjoyed living here. Is Jada perfect no, but it is perfect for me. I say come and tour our home.

I love the area and the apartment very spacey and had washer: dryer hook up. Coverage arming with the garage

The door to the garage is broken it smells in the hallway the people hang out their clothes out on the patio there’s a lot of stuff out on the patio I keep my blind close when people come over because it’s so trashy looking .. when I first moved over here it was clean smell fresh in the hallway the now it has went down and they smoke a lot of weed here…
