The door to the garage is broken it smells in the hallway the people hang out their clothes out on the patio there’s a lot of stuff out on the patio I keep my blind close when people come over because it’s so trashy looking .. when I first moved over here it was clean smell fresh in the hallway the now it has went down and they smoke a lot of weed here…

White woman Manager with brown hair & glasses in back office is extremely rude & unprofessional. Broken door handles, doors left open impact safety, failure to fix lights in stairwell 1 timely floor 3 has been out for months. I only see mopping/ maintenance on first floor

The biggest factor in my ratings are the Maintenance team here at Jada. I've never experienced such dedicated & talented workers as they are, they continue to resolve issues extremely promptly and do so with respect & courtesy - especially Krews. He is by far the greatest maintenance staff I've interacted with at any apartment, he is extremely talented & provides explanations to everything when I have questions & simply does an exceptional job all round.While I've had a solid experience with Maria in the office when she was here, I feel there's a lack of quality employees as herself. For instance, when I renewed my lease last year, the Leasing Manager (believe it was Jennifer? Not sure) claimed I never renewed even though I completed everything on the portal and even had my own copy of signed renewal sent via docusign. It was quite bothersome to have to prove that I had completed everything as requested and deal with that in the first place. Believe there could be improvements with communication, and enforcement of things like trash being left out outside hours & without containers.

This property was great and I enjoyed coming home. But now the Overwhelming *Constant smell of MARIJUANA* has invades my home EVERYDAY and it make me physically sick‼️ Please help remedy this issue‼️‼️‼️‼️😭
