I had to call numerous times to finally talk to the assistant manager about my move out charges then to find out they are charging me an extra month when I’m not even in the unit. I have a 60 day notice but was told I had 30 days to move out after being late ONE TIME on rent. The gates and doors are always broken and they have the nerve to go up on rent like they fixed any problems.

The apartment was really nice and my husband and I are considering!The only thing was during our tour our leasing agent couldn’t open any of the apts we were seeing.But, we liked the video tours she showed and even with that, it fit our interests.

The property manager, Maria was excellent. She was very professional and answered all my questions. Thanks

Pleasant staff and good tour

When I first came here the hallways was fresh and clean now it’s not I’m embarrassed to have company to come the hallways or BAD…other than that’s it

Our tour guide I believe her name was Ashley. She was a petite African American young lady. She was PHENOMENAL! She showed us EVERYTHING without hesitation. She was so sweet and knowledgeable. She was the best part!!

Maria was wonderful

The office staff have been nothing but awful. The lack of empathy during certain situations is founding and their emergency maintenance line is useless. The dog park is constantly filled with feces. The parking garage gates were always broken.

Definitely felt like home and felt very welcoming. The cleanliness was top tier and smelled really good which was a plus to me!
