There are smells all around the complex. The management is awful. Especially (Jennifer).There are bugs all over the building

Grass field in front of the leasing office has so much dog poop and it's unhealthy and disgusting. I hope we can enforce the dog owners to pick up after their dogs. Ppl walk to work across the field and it's really disgusting. That's pretty much the only problem I have with living here.

The door knobs for common areas and building entrances either from outside and the parking broken. Neighbors below complaint about the footsteps nosie. We took hear footsteps noise but it's part of apartment life and there isn't much to do about it. And additionally they intimidate us saying they work in leasing office. Parking spaces are dirty and the parking door keeps breaking.

They ignored emails, so much noise, doors are always broken or loud, didn't get to walk through with someone when I moved out, only care about their money and not the residents, high rent

They have roaches that come in through vents, water damage that I’m on a wait list for them to fix with like 80 people on there and mold

Extremely poorly maintained property at this point. Always smells of marijuana and cigarettes. Doors are broken through out the property and common areas not well maintained. New office staff are subpar compared to previous staff. The area manager is amazing but she is not on site.

Lack of communication from the property management company. Getting in touch with the office is always extremely difficult. lack of help from the maintenance team. There have been several issues with the unit that never got fixed. The maintenance team seems like they are not sure how to fix things, asking us for help when they should be the expert.

Love living here, but the communication is not great. I had a leak in October that is still being worked on a month later, I was breathing in mold the entire time and had to make a doctors appointment. Was told I would receive a Walmart gift card since I couldn’t get rent reduction due to the standing water in my apartment, still never received it. No one has came to continue finishing on my walls. Other than that I do like living here, just need better communication with property managers and maintenance
